This is my first visit to meet my cardiac consultant Dr. Jonathan Byrne at Cleaveland. He’s been managing my condition for the past 10 years in other locations and happy to retain his exemptional serve and care at the Cleveland.
This new location is really great and the outpatient experience is the best I’ve had so far.

Everything seemed to go very slowly, and the consultant had gone home before the end of my tests. This was a surprise as I'd been told he wanted to talk to me before I went home.

Everyone from the time of arrival was so warm and welcoming. Everyone made eye contact and smiled. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding professionalism of all staff.
